This Agreement shall apply to all regular employees of the City of Albany employed as workers for the City’s municipal transit system, excluding supervisory, managerial, confidential, and other employees excluded by PECBA and further excluding temporary/seasonal or intermittent hires. Temporary/seasonal hires may not consistently work in a position for a period that exceeds 1,040 hours in a fiscal year unless the appointment is to cover for an employee on approved leave.
