Common use of Base Salary Increases Clause in Contracts

Base Salary Increases. For the 2020-21 2019-20 school year, all teachers receiving an evaluation rating of either effective or highly effective during the 2019-20 2018-19 school year and employed by the School Corporation for at least 120 days during the 2019-20 2018-19 school year will receive an increase in base salary in the amount of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00) three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). The increase is effective on November 27 30, 2020 2019 and will be pro-rated over the remaining pay periods for the 2020-21 2019-20 school year.
