High School Diploma and; Two (2)consecutive years of employment with the District, and Course work from an accredited college demonstrated by the completion of six (6) semester hours/nine (9) quarter hours, or two (2) or more certificates from courses from an Adult, Community, Technical or Vocational Education facility the total of which shall be no less than forty-eight (48) hours of job-related subjects, and Sixty (60) District In-service Points Educational incentive award: $200.00

Basic Award. The Company shall grant to ----------- Executive 10-year options covering, in total, one thousand nine hundred (1,900) shares of Common Stock. The option exercise price for five hundred (500) of the shares covered by the options (the "First Option Group") shall be four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500) per share; the option exercise price for six hundred (600) of the shares covered by the options (the "Second Option Group") shall be six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500) per share; and the option exercise price for eight hundred (800) of the shares covered by the options (the "Third Option Group") shall be eight thousand five hundred dollars ($8,500) per share. The options, which shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, shall provide for vesting of the First Option Group on March 2, 1999, --------- vesting of the Second Option Group on March 2, 2000, and vesting of the Third Option Group on March 2, 2001. The First Option Group shall be granted as of March 2, 1998. The Second and Third Option Groups shall be granted as of the consummation of an IPO.
Basic Award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the additional terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant an Award (the "Basic Award") of $590,553.00, payable subject to the Participant's continued employment with the Company.
Basic Award. A Basic Award will initially be set at $185.00 per Settlement Class Member, as identified by Defendants’ records, is subject to upward or downward proration, and will be paid regardless of whether the claimant experienced any fraudulent or unauthorized activity, any identifiable losses, or any identity theft as a result of the Security Incident. The actual amount to be paid for Basic Awards will be calculated further as described in ¶ 7.3 below, including with respect to proration based upon the number of valid claims submitted.
Basic Award. Every Settlement Class Member who does not (1) Opt-Out; or (2) submit an Approved Claim for a Reimbursement Award is eligible to receive a Basic Award, regardless of whether he or she experienced any fraudulent or unauthorized charges on his or her credit or debit card used to make a purchase or a declined purchase from iCanvas’ website and regardless of whether he or she claims to have experienced any identity theft as a result of the Data Incident. The Claims Administrator will be responsible for distributing the Basic Awards pro rata after all Settlement Costs and Approved Claims for Reimbursement Awards have been deducted from the Settlement Fund.
