Common use of Basic Vacation Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Basic Vacation Entitlement. a) The vacation entitlement for regular staff members is twenty-two (22) working days in the first (1st) through to the fifth (5th) year of continuous service; twenty-three (23) working days in the sixth (6th) through to the tenth (10th) year of continuous service; and twenty-five (25) working days for all subsequent years of service. These entitlements will be prorated for part- time and/or part-year service.
