Basis for Computing Hourly Rates of Pay. For all employees the minimum hourly rate is based upon the weekly wage prescribed by Schedule 1 for the classification in which the employee is employed being divided by 38. Casual employees will receive loadings on this rate as per part 2 or 3 of the agreement.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.

  • Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.

  • Premium Rates of Pay (A) Overtime Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the appropriate stat holiday rate shall be paid to an employee for all hours of overtime worked on the paid holiday. (Reference Article 27.05 – Overtime Pay Calculation.)
