Basis for Determining Salary Rate(s). (a) Job Content It is understood and agreed that the primary basis for determining the appropriate salary rate with respect to any job shall be the work to be performed and the valid selection criteria and not the ability of any particular person to perform the work. All of the work to be performed and all valid selection criteria shall be taken into account.
