Basis for Groundwater Trigger Levels. Tier 1 Trigger levels defined for each parameter in Table 6-1 are based on the baseline water quality conditions calculated and defined in the SMC East Boulder Project Baseline Water Quality Review (Xxxxxxx & Associates, January 2002) for each parameter. Tier 2 Trigger levels are calculated values that represent the 50% difference between the defined Tier 1 and Tier 3 Trigger Levels. The Notification Level, Intermediate Trigger Level and Tier 3 Trigger Level for TIN are based on the non-degradation standard of 7.5 mg/L established in the State of Montana Administrative Rules (ARM 17.30.715), and represents the current regulatory requirement to meet non-degradation standards for nitrogen at the permit boundary for East Boulder Mine. Total phosphorus does not have a numeric standard established in Circular DEQ-7. The Notification Level, Intermediate Trigger Level and Tier 3 Trigger Level for groundwater are based on the end-of-pipe treatment requirements defined in Circular DEQ-12B (June 2017). Notification Levels, Intermediate Trigger Levels and Tier 3 Trigger Levels for metals and arsenic are based on the Montana Numeric Water Quality Standards defined in Circular DEQ-7 (June 2019) for groundwater for arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, nickel and zinc. Dissolved iron and manganese do not have a numeric water quality standard defined in Circular DEQ-7. The Notification Level, Intermediate Trigger Level and Tier 3 Trigger Level established for these parameters are based on the National Secondary Drinking Water Maximum Contaminant Levels established by the Environmental Protection Agency for drinking water quality (EPA NSDWR).

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • TREE TRIMMING The Licensee shall have authority to trim trees upon and overhanging public streets, alleys, sidewalks and ways and places of the Town so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming in contact with the wires, cables and equipment of the Licensee, in accordance with applicable state law and any Town bylaws/ordinances and regulations.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx.
