Basis of Approval. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ----------------- JDA on behalf of Declarant may disapprove any Submittals which are not in harmony or conformity with other existing or proposed improvements on or in the vicinity of the Parcel, or with Declarant's master utility, circulation or general aesthetic or architectural plans and criteria for the Parcel, the Property and general areas in which the Parcel is located, including, but not limited to, such matters as adequacy of Parcel and improvement dimensions or external structural appearance, relation of topography, grade and elevation of the Parcel being improved with neighboring sites and nearby streets, and the effect of location and use of improvements in neighboring sites, improvements or operations.

Basis of Approval. One Hundred Percent Payment One hundred of the tuition fee will be reimbursed to an who voluntarily attends and successfully completes an approved course which is directly related to the current job classification of the employee or to a posi- tion within his seniority group, as defined by the Mainte- xxxxx Seniority Regulations, that there is a reasonable prospect of the employee attaining such a position. Basis of Approval. Approval shall be based on conformity and harmony of exterior design with neighboring structures; effect of location and use of improvements on adjacent Lots; relation of topography, grade and finished ground elevation of the Lot being improved to that of neighboring Lots; proper facing of main elevation with respect to nearby streets, and conformity of the plans and specifications to the purpose and general plan and intent of these Restrictive Covenants.
