Behind The Meter Generation. Behind The Meter Generation refers to a generation unit that delivers energy to load without using the Transmission System or any distribution facilities (unless the entity that owns or leases the distribution facilities has consented to such use of the distribution facilities and such consent has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection); provided, however, that Behind The Meter Generation does not include (i) at any time, any portion of such generating unit’s capacity that is designated as a Generation Capacity Resource; or (ii) in an hour, any portion of the output of such generating unit[s] that is sold to another entity for consumption at another electrical location or into the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

Behind The Meter Generation. AEP shall cooperate with PJM and parties operating generators connected behind load metering, such that PJM will receive such generator output meter information it requires for the following two categories of generators behind the meter operating within the AEP Zone:

Behind The Meter Generation. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Buyer or any customer of Buyer from installing and/or operating any Behind-the-Meter Generation Facility within Buyer’s Service Territory after the Effective Date, provided that Buyer shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to provide Seller written notice of such Behind-the-Meter Generation at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date of installation or commencement of operation; and provided further that if, as a result of such Behind-the-Meter Generation, Actual Annual Buyer Load during any calendar year falls below the Minimum Expected Annual Usage for that year, an Annual Material Load Deviation Adjustment shall be calculated in accordance with Section 4.7.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.
