Benchmarks and Reporting Process. The Contractor will work with WSU on the following data collection and reporting processes: a. Engage in activities that support data quality and timely reporting, including: Participation in data quality discussions and implementation planning to address training needs. b. Collect data for all families who receive services funded through MIECHV. c. Maintain data sharing agreement with WSU through the term of this contract. d. Collect and report on standard data fidelity measures as required by the program model. The Contractor shall meet model data reporting standards and support transfer of the data as needed in the data-sharing plan. Collect and report any supplemental or modified data reporting as detailed in the Benchmarks Plan. e. Any changes to the Contractor’s program resulting from these activities will be developed in consultation with the national model lead, national office and Thrive by Five Washington. f. Participate in reviewing disclosures of data to the public from a central repository (also “MIECHV Data Warehouse”) of de-identified client data. The Contractor will have 10 working days to review data reports. Data in the central repository will be used for program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and Data Benchmarks reporting. g. The Contractor shall meet data collection requirements in the Federally Approved Washington State Data Benchmarks Plan. This includes but is not limited to:  Working with WSU to enhance required data collection protocols including but not limited to: data elements, processes and data-sharing agreements.  Adapting information release protocols as necessary to support provision of Child Abuse and Neglect related elements detailed in the Data Benchmarks.  Coordinating internal systems development and training with the WSU to assure data quality and continuous quality improvement.

  • Funding, Services and Reporting The HSP represents warrants and covenants that (a) the Funding is, and will continue to be, used only to provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; (b) the Services are and will continue to be provided: by persons with the expertise, professional qualifications, licensing and skills necessary to complete their respective tasks; and in compliance with Applicable Law and Applicable Policy; and (c) every Report is accurate and in full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, including any particular requirements applicable to the Report and any material change to a Report will be communicated to the Funder immediately.

  • Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:

  • Implementation of and Reporting on the Project A. The Grantee shall implement and complete the Project in accordance with Exhibit A and with the plans and specifications contained in its Grant Application, which is on file with the State and is incorporated by reference. Modification of the Project shall require prior written approval of the State. B. The Grantee shall submit to the State written progress reports until the completion of the Project. These reports shall be submitted upon request by the State and shall contain such detail of progress or performance on the Project as is requested by the State.

You do not need to submit the information a second time under assistance awards that you received if you already provided the information through XXX because you were required to do so under Federal procurement contracts that you were awarded.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.

The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.

  • Monitoring and Reporting The Programme Operator shall monitor, record and report on progress towards the programme’s outcomes in accordance with the provisions contained in the legal framework. The Programme Operator shall ensure that suitable and sufficient monitoring and reporting arrangements are made with the project promoters in order to enable the Programme Operator and the National Focal Point to meet its obligations to the Donors. When reporting on progress achieved in Annual and Final Programme Reports, the Programme Operator shall disaggregate results achieved as appropriate and in accordance with instructions received from the FMO.
