Implementation Planning. The Parties agree that successfully meeting the objectives for this MOU will involve placing responsibility for implementation planning primarily with the Area Municipalities as the legislated/delegated approval authority for such activity. The following are the means by which Implementation Planning will be conducted by the Parties for specific types of Implementation Planning activities.

Deliverables include a draft report detailing findings, goals, objectives, and management activities. • Distribute Outreach Material for Public Consumption: o Develop a distribution plan that targets key locations where community members gather, such as parks, xxxxxx’x markets and town hall meetings. o Consider creating a digital repository where all outreach materials can be accessed, downloaded, and shared, encouraging the community to disseminate the information within their networks. o Utilize multiple communication channels (local media, social media, community meetings) to ensure widespread awareness of the assessment findings. o Create easy-to-understand summaries and infographics that highlight key findings and recommendations for different audience segments, including non-English speakers and people with disabilities.
Implementation Planning. The Implementation Planning tasks ensure that subsequent project tasks executed in Phases 2 are aligned with the County’s expectations. Included in this phase are tasks to facilitate a project kick-off meeting, conduct asset management software solution demonstrations, install the Cityworks solution, and conduct business process re- engineering to align, as appropriate, with industry best practices. Collectively, these tasks will define an Implementation Road Map.

Implementation Planning. A joint planning meeting or other mutually agreed upon method of planning between BellSouth and BSIA will commence within a maximum of 20 days from BellSouth’s receipt of a complete and accurate firm order and the payment of agreed upon fees, unless the parties agree to an alternative date. At such meeting, the parties will agree to the design of the collocation space and the equipment configuration requirements as designated by BSIA on its Bona Fide Firm Order. In the event BSIA materially modifies its request as a result of the planning meeting outcome, such modifications must be submitted to BellSouth in writing and a firm order date reestablished. The Collocation Space Completion time period will be provided to BSIA during the joint planning meeting or as soon as possible thereafter. BellSouth will complete all design work following the joint planning meeting. If BellSouth needs to reevaluate BSIA’s application as a result of changes requested by BSIA to BSIA’s original application, then BellSouth will charge BSIA a fee based upon the additional engineering hours required to do the reassessment. Major changes such as requesting additional space or adding additional equipment may require BSIA to resubmit the application with an application fee.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. (10) 10 Such consultations will be addressed under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement).

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.
