Benefit Transition Period Leave. When an employee was required to serve the one week waiting period for Employment Insurance, and has exhausted all benefits under Employment Insurance, they are entitled to one week without pay immediately following any leave taken pursuant to Clause 24.3(a)(2) if the employee takes the maximum leave entitlement pursuant to Clause 24.3(a)(2).
