Benefits Not Available. The following Enterprise Zone benefits are not available to the Business under this agreement:
Benefits Not Available. EXECUTIVE shall not be entitled to any benefits not expressly set forth in this Agreement during the Severance Benefit Period. Without limiting the foregoing, EXECUTIVE'S participation in (i) the accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy, (ii) the disability insurance policy, and (iii) the basic and supplemental life insurance policies shall terminate at the end of the Vacation Benefit Period and shall not be available during the Severance Benefit Period.

  • Special Maternity Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.02(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents her from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan maternity benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.02(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.02(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of maternity allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of her weekly rate of pay and the gross amount of her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.02 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which she would have been eligible for maternity benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan had she not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance maternity benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Employee Contributions Any member of the bargaining unit who is hired on or after September 1, 2010 is eligible to make a voluntary contribution to the City=s Deferred Compensation Plan offered by Ameritas.

  • Voluntary Employee Contributions (a) Subject to the governing rules of the relevant superannuation fund, an Employee may, in writing, authorise their Employer to pay on behalf of the Employee a specified amount from the post- taxation wages of the Employee into the same superannuation fund as the Employer makes the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 24.2. (b) An Employee may adjust the amount the Employee has authorised their Employer to pay from the wages of the Employee from the first of the month following the giving of three months’ written notice to their Employer. (c) The Employer must pay the amount authorised under clauses 24.4(a) or 24.4(b) no later than 28 days after the end of the month in which the deduction authorised under clauses 24.4(a) or 24.4(b) was made.

  • Public Benefits ‌ 5.1 Developer to provide Public Benefits‌ The Developer must, at its cost and risk, provide the Public Benefits to the City in accordance with this document.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Employee Contribution Eligible employees shall contribute one percent (1%) of their salary on a per pay period basis to the HCSP.

  • Benefits - In General The Executive shall be permitted during the Term to participate in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plans, health programs, equity incentive plans, long-term incentive programs, 401(k) and other retirement plans, fringe benefit programs and similar benefits that may be available (currently or in the future) to other senior executives of the Company generally, in each case to the extent that the Executive is eligible under the terms of such plans or programs.

  • General Eligibility i. A teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond their normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.
