Severance Benefit Period definition

Severance Benefit Period means the seventy (70) week period following the Termination Date.

Severance Benefit Period means (1) with respect to a Participant who is the Chief Executive Officer, a period of twenty-four (24) months, (2) with respect to a Participant who is an Executive Officer (other than the Chief Executive Officer), a period of twelve (12) months and (3) with respect to a Participant who is a Key Employee, a period determined by the Committee and set forth in the Participant’s Participation Agreement.
Severance Benefit Period means the period set forth in a Participant’s Participation Agreement that will be used to determine the amount of severance payments and other benefit to be received by a Participant.
