BES Reimbursement Sample Clauses

BES Reimbursement. Any activities performed by PHB upon the Premises shall be without expense of any kind (direct or indirect) whatsoever to BES. PHB shall be solely responsible for all maintenance and operating costs relating to the use of the Premises. Should BES incur costs or real property taxes as a result of PHB's use of the Premises, PHB agrees to reimburse BES promptly upon the presentation of an invoice and documentation of such expense.

BES Reimbursement. The District shall reimburse BES for facilitating and coordinating the Included Acute Illness/Physical Exam Services and Included Acute Injury Services, and BES shall accept as payment in full for those services, the reimbursement specified in Exhibit C attached to this Agreement, with the exception of those Covered Services identified on Exhibit A as being outside the payment specified on Exhibit C and billable to the Plan as additional separate charges by affiliates of BES.
