Beta and Trial Use. If Cisco grants You Usage Rights in the applicable Cisco Technology on a trial, evaluation, beta or other free-of-charge basis (“Evaluation Software and Services”), You may only use the Evaluation Software and Services on a temporary basis for the period limited by the license key or specified by Cisco in writing. If there is no period identified, such use is limited to 30 days after the Evaluation Software and Services are made available to You. If You fail to stop using and/or return the Evaluation Software and Services or the equipment on which it is authorized for use by the end of the trial period, You may be invoiced for its list price and agree to pay such invoice. Cisco, in its discretion, may stop providing the Evaluation Software and Services at any time, at which point You will no longer have access to any related data, information, and files and must immediately cease using the Cisco Technology. The Evaluation Software and Services may not have been subject to Cisco’s usual testing and quality assurance processes and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. Except where agreed to in writing by Xxxxx, You will not put Evaluation Software and Services into production use. Cisco provides Evaluation Software and Services “AS-IS” without support or any express or implied warranty or indemnity for any problems or issues, and Cisco will not have any liability relating to Your use of the Evaluation Software and Services.

Beta and Trial Use. If You are licensed the Software by Quick Heal for evaluation purposes, Your use of the Software is permitted only in a non-production / non-commercial environment unless otherwise permitted earlier by Quick Heal in writing. If Quick Heal provides You access to generally available Software for limited, temporary trial use, Your use is permitted for the period limited by the License Key or by Quick Heal in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Quick Heal, in its discretion, may end the beta or trial at any time, at which point You shall no longer have access to the Software, any related data, information, and files and You should immediately cease any further use. Furthermore, notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in this Agreement, beta and trial versions of the Software are provided “AS-IS” without any express or implied warranty or indemnity and Quick Heal shall not have any liability relating to Your use of the Software. In the event You opt for the commercialized version of the Software by paying License Fee to Quick Heal, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to Your use of the Software.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Guardian, in its discretion, may end the beta or trial at any time, at which point You shall no longer have access to the Software, any related data, information, and files and You should immediately cease any further use. Furthermore, notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in this Agreement, beta and trial versions of the Software are provided “AS-IS” without any express or implied warranty or indemnity and Guardian shall not have any liability relating to Your use of the Software. Beta and Trial Use. Subject to this Agreement and to the terms (if any) presented to You for beta and/or trial use, You may access and use the Application and related services on a trial basis (“Trial”). Your use of the Trial will be for the period stated when you accept the Trial, or if no time is stated, for thirty (30) days from the date access is granted. Except where agreed in writing by Xxxxx, You will not put Evaluation Software and Services into production use. Cisco provides Evaluation Software and Services “AS-IS” without support or any express or implied warranty or indemnity for any problems or issues. Xxxxx’s will not have any liability relating to Your use of the Evaluation Software and Services.
