Beyond Economical Repair (BER). Where a Component is considered BER by AJWT, AJWT shall provide documentary evidence. The fixed price under the quote shall thereafter not apply and AJWT shall re-quote to Customer on a time and material basis. Customer shall inform AJWT of its instruction regarding a BER Unit within 30 (thirty) days of notification from AJWT that a Component is BER. In the event Customer fails to notify AJWT of its instructions regarding a BER Unit within the time period above, AJWT shall invoice for all costs to date together with all workshop inspection charges plus a handling fee of 10% of any costs to date fees and any transport costs incurred by AJWT.

Beyond Economical Repair (BER). Where parts are required to repair your boiler, we will calculate the total cost of the repair, to determine if the boiler is beyond economical repair, using the information provided below. For boilers 7 years old and under: If the total cost to repair the boiler is equal to or greater than 65% of the current retail price of a suitable replacement boiler, sourced through leading UK suppliers, it may be deemed beyond economical repair and we will be unable to carry out the repair. For boilers 7-15 years old: If the total cost to repair the boiler is equal to or greater than 45% of the current retail price of a suitable replacement boiler, sourced through leading UK suppliers, it will be deemed beyond economical repair and we will be unable to carry out the repair. For boilers over 15 years old: If the total cost to repair the boiler is equal to or greater than 30% of the current retail price of a suitable replacement boiler, sourced through leading UK suppliers, it will be deemed beyond economical repair and we will be unable to carry out the repair.
Beyond Economical Repair (BER). A Part is deemed BER when repair or overhaul costs exceed sixty-five percent (65%) of its fair market value. Supplier will notify Customer of items deemed BER, and Customer will provide disposition instructions to Supplier (e.g., return as-is; scrap; or repair at quoted price) within seven (7) business days. If Customer requests that Supplier scrap a Part in-house, Supplier reserves the right to salvage any serviceable and repairable piece parts.
Beyond Economical Repair (BER). If the Contractor determines a RF Circulator and/or RF Isolator to be physically damaged and requiring more than 80% of the non-mandatory replacement parts, the Contractor shall document that the unit is BER. The Contractor shall stop work on all BER units and notify the Contracting Officer. The Government Contracting Officer (KO) will provide disposition instructions for BER units to include unit disposal, or return shipment to the Government.

  • MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; RULES Tenant will, at its sole expense, keep and maintain the Premises and appurtenances in good and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall:

  • Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Subject to the provisions of Article 10.00 and payment by the Tenant of Rent, the Landlord shall operate, maintain, repair and replace the systems, facilities and equipment necessary for the proper operation of the Project and for provision of the Landlord's Services set out in Section 6.02 (except as may be installed by or be the property of the Tenant) and shall maintain and repair the foundations, structure and roof of the Building and repair damage to the Building which the Landlord is obligated to insure against under Article 9.00, provided that:

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Tenant agrees that if there is any delay in maintenance or repairs for reasons beyond Landlord's control, this shall have no effect on Tenant's obligations under this lease.

  • Maintenance & Repairs 5.1 Lessee shall at all times be responsible for maintaining at its own expense the leased premises in a clean, orderly and safety condition, except as hereinafter provided. Lessee shall be responsible, at its own expense, to clean and maintain all trade fixtures, machinery and equipment furnished by Lessee within the leased premises.   • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
