Common use of Bi-Weekly Pay Periods Clause in Contracts

Bi-Weekly Pay Periods. Employees shall be paid bi-weekly, for work performed at a rate within the salary scale of the job classification to which they are appointed. Employees’ substantive positions are evaluated and classified based on the Employer’s point-valued system. If, during the term of this agreement, the Employer establishes and implements a new classification system, the Union will be notified prior to the implementation of the system and the corresponding rates of pay.
