Billing/Settlement Data. NCPA shall make billing and settlement data available to Customer as part of the invoice delivered by NCPA, or upon request. NCPA may also, at its sole discretion, make billing and settlement support information available to Customer using electronic media (e.g. electronic data portal). Procedures and formats for the provision of such electronic data submission may be as established by the NCPA Commission from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, NCPA may, in its reasonable discretion, require Customer to execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to providing access to the NCPA electronic data portal.

  • Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Comm South’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply:

  • Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Local Interconnection Data Exchange for Billing 7.7.1 There are certain types of calls or types of Interconnection that require exchange of Billing records between the Parties, including, for example, alternate billed and Toll Free Service calls. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms. The Parties agree to utilize, where possible and appropriate, existing accounting and settlement systems to xxxx, exchange records and settle revenue.

  • Summary Sales Data The Contractor shall submit quarterly sales reports directly to NASPO ValuePoint using the NASPO ValuePoint Quarterly Sales/Administrative Fee Reporting Tool found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/WNCPO/Calculator.aspx. Any/all sales made under this Master Agreement shall be reported as cumulative totals by state. Even if Contractor experiences zero sales during a calendar quarter, a report is still required. Reports shall be due no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the calendar quarter (as specified in the reporting tool).

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Invoice Data The Contractor shall report invoice data from each paid or remitted invoice within 30 calendar days after the end of the reporting quarter, including the invoice data on task orders issued through the GSA AAS Business System Portal. (Note: Whatever method the Contractor chooses (e.g., “each paid” or “remitted”) the Contractor must be consistent in their reporting method throughout the term of the OASIS Contract). If no Invoice Data was received during a required reporting period for a specific task order, the Contractor shall report in the “Zero Invoice Data” screen located in the CPRM system for that particular task order. Regardless of contract type, the Contractor shall report the following into the CPRM:
