Weed and Pest Management. ‌ The Concessioner shall be responsible for managing weeds, and through an integrated pest management program, harmful insects, rats, mice and other pests on Concession Facilities assigned to the Concessioner under this Contract. All such weed and pest management activities shall be in accordance with Applicable Laws and guidelines established by the Director.

Weed and Pest Management. LESSEE shall, at XXXXXX’s own expense, continuously control all noxious and undesirable weeds and rodents, insects and other pests as identified by the California Invasive Plant Council and the STATION Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) within the LEASED PROPERTY. The LESSEE is responsible for proper application of pesticides. XXXXXX shall be responsible for complying with the Chief of Naval Operations Instruction (OPNAVINST) 6250.4 series regarding Navy and Marine Corps installations’ pest management programs. The LESSEE is responsible for complying with the STATION’s IPMP. The LESSEE is responsible for complying with all relevant DoD guidance and instructions, as well as all federal, state and local pesticide and pest management and field worker safety laws, regulations and standards, including obtaining required permits and certifications. The LESSEE shall control weeds and pests through either mechanical means or by chemical (herbicide/pesticide) application. Weeds are defined as any vegetation growing at a location where it is undesirable. LEASED PROPERTY boundaries, field edges, and drainage and irrigation ditches shall be kept essentially weed free. Weed height must be kept at ten (10) inches or less. Weed control must take place at minimum twice a year.
Weed and Pest Management. The LESSEE shall, at XXXXXX’s own expense, continuously control all noxious and undesirable weeds and rodents, insects and other pests identified by the California Invasive Plant Council and the Station Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) within the LEASED PROPERTY. In order to contain the spread of invasive plant or pest species, the LESSEE shall notify the Installation Pest Management Coordinator (IPMC) and STATION Botanist of any new occurrences on the LEASED PROPERTY. The LESSEE is responsible for proper application of pesticides. The LESSEE shall be responsible for complying with the Marine Corps Order (MCO) 5090.2, Volume 14 series regarding Marine Corps installation pest management programs. The LESSEE shall be responsible for complying with the STATION’s IPMP, all relevant DoD guidance and instructions, as well as all federal, state and local pesticide and pest management and field worker safety laws, regulations and standards. The LESSEE shall obtain required permits and certifications related to the handling and application of pesticides. The LESSEE may request pertinent DoD guidance and a copy of the STATION’s IPMP from the IPMC. The LESSEE shall control weeds and pests through either mechanical (non-chemical) means or by chemical (pesticide) application. The term “pesticide” includes insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, miticides, rodenticides and algaecides. Weeds are defined as any vegetation growing at a location where it is undesirable. Maximum height of all undesirable weeds is ten (10) inches and weeds shall not be allowed to produce seed. LEASED PROPERTY boundaries, field borders, field edges, roads and road shoulders, drainage and irrigation ditches shall be kept essentially weed free, including conservation areas with implementation of proper precautions to protect federally listed endangered species.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.
