BLOCKING OF THE CARD. We may block the Card, in which case you will not be able to execute any further Transactions, if we have reasonable concerns about the security of the Card or suspect the Card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner. We will notify you of any such blocking in advance, or immediately after if this is not possible, and of the reasons for the suspension unless to do so would compromise reasonable security measures or otherwise be unlawful. We will unblock the Card and, where appropriate, issue a new Card, PIN and other security features free of charge as soon as practicable once the reasons for the suspension cease to exist.

BLOCKING OF THE CARD. (a) The Bank has the right to immediately block the use of any Card and/or additional Card, where applicable, or refuse to reissue or renew or replace the Card and/or any additional Card, where applicable, for objectively justified reasons relating to the security of the Card, the suspicion or risk of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Card and/or any additional Card, where applicable, and/or the PIN and/or the personalized security credentials or relating to suspicious Transactions or the significantly increased risk of inability of the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account to fulfill his liability to pay and/or settle the balance according to paragraphs 6(d) and 6(e).

BLOCKING OF THE CARD. 10.4.1 You may block the Card via the Site or request to have the Card blocked by contacting Customer Services. This request will be processed as soon as possible in order to temporarily block future transactions.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Use of the Card 1. The Cardmember must sign the Card in ink, using a ball point pen, as soon as he or she receives it; the Cardmember must also safeguard the Card and preserve any PIN in extreme secrecy and keep it separate from his or her Card. The Cardmember must not use the Card after the expiration of the validity period embossed on it, and not use the Card after it has been damaged, withdrawn or cancelled.

  • Name Collision Occurrence Management 6.1. No-­‐Activation Period. Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.
