BLOOD DONORS LEAVE. A full-time employee who is absent during ordinary working hours for the purpose of donating blood, and who could not donate blood unless provision was made for an absence during the employee's ordinary working hours, shall be allowed up to a maximum of 2 hours on each occasion to a maximum of four attendances each calendar year.
