Common use of Board Agenda and Minutes Clause in Contracts

Board Agenda and Minutes. The President and each Building Representative of the BMEA shall be notified of all Board meetings and will be provided with the Board agendas. These agendas shall be before the regularly scheduled board meetings whenever possible and addendums when available. Board minutes and all exhibits attached to Board members’ agendas upon which action is to be considered will be emailed to the Association President at the same time they become available to the Board members.
