Common use of Board and Lodging Clause in Contracts

Board and Lodging. When the Employer provides camp or board and lodging, the basic wage scale will be observed and the rate for camp and board and lodging will not exceed $3.00 per day to be paid by the employee. Any costs over $3.00 per day will be absorbed by the Employer.
