Board Forms. Forms used by teachers will be available on the district web site or other Board adopted provider to all staff members at the beginning of each school year. This includes class coverage form, grievance form, personnel form and planning time form, which are considered attached to the parties’ agreement as addendums. Any updated or newly developed form(s) will be posted on the web site or on other Board adopted provider in a timely manner.
