Grievance Form definition

Grievance Form. The form approved by the Employer, or his/her designee, to be used for the preparation and filing of a Formal Grievance. Said forms shall be pre- numbered to insure Grievances are processed expeditiously. A Unit Member may secure a blank Grievance Form from Human Resources in the central administrative building.
