BOARD MEETING PARTICIPATION. The Association shall have the right to address the Board during public discussion at any regular board meeting with prior notice given to the Superintendent to the extent permitted by board policy.
BOARD MEETING PARTICIPATION. The Board shall allow upon the submission of a written request from the Association President to the Superintendent, a reasonable period of time, not to exceed ten (10) minutes, to speak during the time reserved for public discussion at regular Board meetings.
