Board Options. The Board may adopt the terms of the Surrender Agreement. Staff recommends the following language for consideration: I move that the Board adopt the Consent Agreement for the Voluntary Surrender and Termination of the Charter Contract for Ombudsman Educational Services, Ltd., a subsidiary of Educational Services of America (Entity ID 90326).
Board Options. Residents of all university housing facilities are required to purchase a residential meal plan each semester. Meal plans are available for this contract term only (non-transferrable to another contract term) and will be terminated on the last day of this contract (or at the time of cancellation if mid- contract term). Residents may change meal plans one time each semester (deadline dates for this request will be listed on the Housing and Residence Life website). All approved meal plan changes will go into effect beginning on the Friday after the change is made. Meals are billed weekly from Friday through Thursday. If no meal plan is selected through the self-selection or assignment process, the default meal plan (Unlimited Access w/$75.00 Dining Dollars) will be assigned to the resident.

This Consent Agreement for the Voluntary Surrender and Termination of the Charter Contract (“Agreement”) is made by and between El Pueblo Integral – Teaching and Learning Collaborative (Arizona Department of Education Entity ID Number 91959) (“Charter Operator”), a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Arizona and operating Xxxxx Xxxxxx Freedom School (PF2), a charter school, and the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools (“Board”) collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
Board Options. A. NEW STUDENTS are required to carry a GOLD MEAL plan unless they live in the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Apartments. (STUDENTS in XIII (C) who choose a meal plan option, may do so, but are not required to do so.)
B. RENEWAL and RECONTRACTING STUDENTS are required to carry either a GOLD MEAL plan or BLUE MEAL Plan unless they live in the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Apartments. (STUDENTS in XIII (C) who choose a meal plan option, may do so, but are not required to do so.)
C. Meal Service is optional for STUDENTS in Xxxxxxxxxxxx Apartments and summer school residents.
D. Prior to the beginning of each academic year, STUDENT must choose from one of the meal plan options offered by UNIVERSITY. STUDENTS who are required to carry a meal plan, but who fail to select a meal plan by the published deadline(s), will be assigned the GOLD meal plan that offers the most number of meals per week.
E. Meal service provided by UNIVERSITY under this Contract is for use of STUDENT only. STUDENT’S authorization for use of meal service by another party will subject STUDENT to disciplinary action.
