Board Packet. The Employer shall provide the Association President with the Board Packet, electronically if possible, related to each open session of the Board of Education. Final Board packets shall be given to the Association, excluding information and or documents deemed confidential by the Board or Superintendent (e.g., student information, non-unit personnel information, etc.)
