Use of Bulletin Boards and Mail Service. 3.1 The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on employee bulletin boards. The Board shall provide at least one bulletin board in each school building. The Association shall have the right to use the district mail and email service and teacher mailboxes for communication with teachers. Copies of posted notices will be delivered to appropriate supervisory personnel.

Use of Bulletin Boards and Mail Service. The Association shall have the right to post notices concerning its business and activities. Also, the Association shall have the right, upon mutual agreement, to post said notices on bulletin boards in faculty office areas. The Association may use the College mail service, provided any cost incurred shall be paid by the Association. It shall also have the right to use the employees' mailboxes and e-mail for communications to them.
