BOARD POLICIES AND RULES. If a conflict exists between this agreement and a Board rule or policy, this agreement shall prevail. If the agreement is silent, Board rule or policy shall prevail.

BOARD POLICIES AND RULES. Grievances concerning application of Board policy and rules not specifically covered by this Agreement shall be subject to the grievance procedure; however, if the District and grievant are unable to reach agreement in Step 2, the decision may be appealed to the Board and shall be heard by the Board or a committee of the Board. Under such circumstance the decision of the Board shall be final.
BOARD POLICIES AND RULES. Any teacher(s) who believes that an adopted Board policy or rule has been violated may individually raise such matter with the administrator(s) involved, and in the company of an Association representative if the teacher desires, but if the matter is not thereby successfully resolved, and if the matter would be a subject covered by Section 5 of Public Law 217, and was not bargained, the matter shall only be raised through the exclusive representative as a matter for discussion.
