BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Bonus or incentive compensation shall be at the sole discretion of Ceridian. Except as otherwise provided in Article VII, Ceridian shall have the right, in accordance with their terms, to alter, amend or eliminate any bonus or incentive plans, or Executive's participation therein, without compensation to Executive.
BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Employer shall pay Employee a quarterly bonus totaling $120,000 a year upon reaching mutually agreeable objectives set by Employer and Employee.

Except as otherwise provided in Article 6, the Company shall have the right in accordance with the terms of any bonus or incentive plan to alter, amend or eliminate all or any part of such plan, or the Executive's participation therein, without compensation to the Executive.

BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s executive incentive bonus plans and shall be eligible to receive grants or awards pursuant to the Company’s stock option plans, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of those plans and on a basis consistent with that customarily provided for senior officers at the highest level of the Company. Each year during the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be eligible for an annual payment under the Company’s executive incentive bonus plan of up to thirty-five percent (35%) of his then-current minimum base annual salary. Each year Executive also shall be eligible to receive stock options to purchase shares of the Company’s Common Stock according to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan as determined by the Company’s Compensation Committee.
BONUS AND INCENTIVE. Bonus or incentive compensation shall be at the sole discretion of the Committee (including any goals the Committee establishes to govern such plans for any year), in accordance with the terms and conditions of any Ceridian bonus or incentive plans; provided, however, that for purposes of Executive’s 2007 cash incentive (payable in 2008), Executive’s “threshold” cash incentive shall mean an amount equal to 80% of Base Salary; “target” cash incentive shall mean an amount equal to 110% of Base Salary; and “superior” cash incentive shall mean an amount equal to 140% of Base Salary. In addition, Executive’s 2007 cash incentive shall be multiplied by 1.25 (representing three months of 2006 and all of 2007). Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.02 and in Article VII, Ceridian shall have the right, in accordance with their terms, to alter, amend or eliminate any bonus or incentive plans without compensation to Executive.

Except as otherwise provided in Article VI, FSI shall have the right in accordance with the terms of any bonus or incentive plan to alter, amend or eliminate all or any part of such plan, or Executive's participation therein, without compensation to Executive.
BONUS AND INCENTIVE. (a) For the calendar year 2016, Executive shall be entitled to a bonus payment in the amount of Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($341,200.00) CDN, payable at the same time as Ceridian Canada’s bonus incentive plan payments are made to other Ceridian Canada employees (but in any event no later than March 31, 2017). Executive must remain an employee of Ceridian Canada through to and including December 31, 2016 in order to be entitled to such payment, failing which the bonus amount will be pro-rated (based on the number of days he was an employee of Ceridian Canada, divided by number of days from his Effective Date through to December 31, 2016).
(b) For the calendar year 2017 and each year thereafter, Executive shall be eligible to participate in Ceridian Canada’s bonus or incentive plans, as the same may exist from time to time. Bonus or incentive compensation shall be at the sole discretion of Ceridian Canada, provided that Executive’s target incentive bonus, as well as the range of the potential bonus payout, for each fiscal year of Ceridian Canada (January 1 to December 31), shall be Eighty Percent (80%) of your Base Salary. Payments are based on achievement of the applicable performance objectives established by Ceridian in its sole discretion. Ceridian shall have the right to alter, amend or eliminate any bonus or incentive plans, or Executive’s participation therein, without compensation to Executive provided the changes are consistent with those affecting other executives at Executive’s level. The bonus or incentive compensation shall be prorated if Executive’s employment during the year for which such amount is paid is less than a full year.
BONUS AND INCENTIVE. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in such bonus and incentive plans during the Term as the Committee may determine appropriate.
