BONUS SICK LEAVE ENTITLEMENT FOR LONG SERVICE EMPLOYEES. Effective April 1, 2006, the Employer agrees to establish a bonus bank of thirty-five (35) hours annually. This bank will be available to regular employees who have reached twenty (20) years of continuous service or more and have eight hundred forty (840) hours entitlement, accumulated at the first pay period each January, under Article 19.02
