Booking Modifications. Customers may request modifications to their booking (dates and/or accommodation type) in writing (post or email), subject to availabilities and possibilities. Bookings cannot be postponed until the following year. If no modifications are made, clients must complete their stay in accordance with the initial booking terms & conditions or cancel it in accordance with the above-mentioned cancellation terms & conditions. - Requests to prolong the length of stay shall be taken into account according to availabilities and applicable rates on the day of the modification request. - Requests to shorten the length of stay shall be considered as partial cancellations and are subject to the terms & conditions applicable to cancellations / interrupted stays. - Shortened or interrupted stays (late arrival or early departure) and unused services are non-refundable. - Package rates for 2-3 persons are applicable to the entire stay and cannot be modified. If the number of persons exceeds the package booked, the rate for additional persons shall apply. - Should the client wish to change their pitch on the day of arrival, their request shall be satisfied subject to availabilities and payment of the difference. Any amounts already paid are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date and failure to notify us 24 hours beforehand, the campsite reserves the right to free up the booked accommodation.

Booking Modifications. 3.1. Members are able to request to modify existing Bookings, by changing their start or end dates, type of Flown Kit required for the Booking, and the number of people attending the Booking (“Booking Modifications”). 3.2. Member requests to modify a Booking must be done via Flown Customer Service or through the Flown Platform. Members cannot modify a Booking directly with the Host. 3.3. Flown will contact the Host directly (either through Flown Customer Service or through the Flown Platform) to request the Booking Modification. The Host will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the Booking Modification, assuming the Host is able to accommodate the changed specifics of the Booking. 3.4. Members will not be charged for Booking Modifications made more than 10 days ahead of check-in. 3.5. If a Member makes a Booking Modification within 10 days of the check-in, and this Modification involves changing the dates or number of guests, such that the Host is left with a vacancy, the Member will be obliged to pay the Booking Cost (and the Host will be pain in accordance with clause 9), unless the Property is able to be rebooked on the original dates, or the Host chooses to waive this amount. 3.6. Flown and the Host will use reasonable efforts to fill any vacancies opened up by a Booking Modification. It is Flown’s intention to cause negligible impact to Hosts’ earnings and as such will remarketing the vacancy to its Members using the Flown Platform where possible. 3.7. The Host is required to advise Flown Customer Service if the vacancy caused by the Modification has been filled via other means. In this instance the Member will be refunded the Booking Cost and Flown’s Service Fee will not be charged.
Booking Modifications. 6.1 Members who make bookings via the WanderJaunt Platform (“Members”) are responsible for any modifications to a booking that they make via the WanderJaunt Platform or direct WanderJaunt customer service to make ("Booking Modifications"), and agree to pay any additional Fees and/or taxes associated with such Booking Modifications. 6.2 In certain circumstances, WanderJaunt may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a confirmed booking and make appropriate refund and payout decisions. This includes reasons where WanderJaunt believes in good faith, while taking the legitimate interests of both parties into account, this is necessary to avoid significant harm to WanderJaunt, other Members, third parties or property, or for any of the reasons set out in these Terms.
Booking Modifications. You may request a Booking Modification at any time by providing Just Boardrooms with written request of such Booking Modification via email to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or via the Contact Us page of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that a Booking Modification will not be effective unless and until you receive a confirmation email from Just Boardrooms in respect of such Booking Modification. If you do not receive such confirmation email, contact Just Boardrooms via email to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or via the Contact Us page of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that: (1) any and all Booking Modifications are subject to the consent of the Applicable Host; and (2) as between the Parties, you are solely responsible and liable for any and all Booking Modifications and any and all related Charges and associated Taxes.
