Rentals are considered definitive solely after issue of a booking confirmation by SAS Camping de La Pascalinette, subject to availabilities, and after receipt of the relevant down payment together with these General Terms of Sale: - either by returning these pages to us duly dated, signed and approved; - or by approving them at the time of the online booking; and constitutes a rental undertaking. Rentals are personal and non-transferable. Sub-letting is not allowed, subject to immediate expulsion. In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the French consumer code overriding article 121-20 of the same code, services booked online are not subject to a withdrawal period. The amounts paid are therefore non- refundable.

The booking is not accepted by the Cabanes de Cornillon until the lease and the general terms and conditions have been duly signed and approved by the tenant and the deposit paid. • A booking is not binding on the Cabanes de Cornillon which has total liberty to accept or refuse it depending on availability and, generally speaking, on any circumstance likely to prevent its execution. The Cabanes de Cornillon provide rental accommodation for families in cabins specifically designed for this purpose. The Cabanes de Cornillon reserve the right to refuse any reservation contrary to this principle or likely to contravene it. • A booking is strictly personal. It may not be sub-let without prior permission from the Cabanes de Cornillon. • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. RENTAL PROPERTIES • Rental properties are equipped and sleep 5 or 6 people. • The Cabanes de Cornillon reserve the right to refuse access to the camp-site to groups or families arriving with more people than the stipulated capacity of the property rented.
