Booking Terms. All bookings will be made via xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Site”). Bookings are subject to availability and are provisional until a Notice of Confirmation has been sent to you by PlansMatter. Receipt of the booking fee will not constitute acceptance of a booking. Subject to any applicable law, the Owner reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason. A Notice of Confirmation will be emailed to you once the Owner has accepted your booking. This typically happens within 24 hours. In the event the Owner does not accept your booking, you will be given a full refund. As soon as you receive your Notice of Confirmation please check the details carefully. If anything is not correct please contact us immediately.
Booking Terms. As Agent for the Owner, we make every effort to ensure that property details are accurate and as described. Statements about the Property are made in good faith but the Agent cannot be responsible for any defect, omission or late changes to the Property or its facilities.

Example: The Promoter should provide specific meals, snacks, and refreshments; - Example: The Promoter should provide the Artist with a specified number of tickets and backstage passes to the Event; - If you have no requests, write “None”.

Refund is contingent upon any damage or excessive mess and with the approval of the City Administrator or his/her designee, the deposit shall be mailed to the person and address listed on page one (1) of this agreement within three (3) weeks.
