Front of House. 100% of all card charges made on gross ticket sales will be payable by the Promoter. To events before on sale or where audience not notified Free of Charge To events after on sale, audience notified Minimum of £100 per notification, to be determined on a case by case basis and in accordance with SC resources.
Front of House. Sales Attendant - serve customers, take payment and prepare food in food service restaurants, residences and retail outlets. Senior Sales Attendant - perform the duties of a Sales Attendant and oversee the operation of a complex food services unit(s), supervising Sales Attendants, and handling related administrative duties.
Front of House. A FOH technician shall be provided by the Venue who is competent, sober and familiar with the system and with all duties and equipment associated must be available.
Front of House employees receiving a uniform according to this Article shall be paid a premium of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour for cleaning and maintenance of such uniform.
Front of House. Where an employee is required as a condition of employment to wear Employer approved slip resistant footwear, the employee will be eligible for an allowance once per fiscal year to help offset the cost of the employee purchasing the approved slip resistant footwear. The allowance we be up to fifty dollars ($50).
Front of House. Only the Director and the Patron Relations Manager of Xxxxxxxx Fine Arts Center have the authority to determine the number of ushers and ticket takers required for the event, based on the expected attendance. If User agrees to supply the ushers and at the performance fails to provide the required number, Millikin may hire the ushers needed. The User will be responsible for all fees and charges under this agreement.
Front of House employees receiving a uniform according to this Article shall be paid a premium of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour for cleaning and maintenance of such uniform.
33.03 All damage to uniforms issued by the Employer incurred in the course of an employee's duties shall be assumed by the Employer. Replacement uniforms will be provided as required by the Employer.
33.04 The parties further agree that Front of House employees are required to supply and adhere to the following "dress code":
(a) black dress pants;
(b) black socks; and
(c) black closed-toe shoes.
Front of House. The house mixer should have a minimum of 48 channels with capability for 4-post monitor sends. At the minimum, the channel EQ should include high low and two sweepable mid-frequency bands.
Front of House. Please contact Tour Manager to determine whether tour will be carrying a FOH system. If not, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to provide one. 10’ x 10’ or Larger CLEAR space is required for FOH. This should be in the CENTER / MIDDLE of the Venue and free from any obstructions.
