Booking Tickets. Chillz enables Users of the website/app to purchase tickets for various events. Ticket purchasing shall be subject to the availability of the specific event the User wishes to purchase the ticket for. Such event shall be organized and conducted by an event organizer ("Event Organizer"). Tickets may be subject to an Event Organizer's approval. Once a ticket purchase was made, an order confirmation shall be sent to the User's email address which was entered by the User (“Registered Email”). Please make sure that a valid email address has been entered. It is hereby clarified that the approval of the ticket purchase is generally subject to the Event Organizer's approval, though Chillz reserves the right to disapprove any purchase that is not been made according to these Terms. Chillz will not be liable to any User or any other third party for any failure of the Event Organizer to provide the purchased tickets. In addition, Xxxxxx has no connection to the Event Organizer who sells the tickets through the website or the app. Furthermore, Chillz’ obligations or guarantees as set forth under these Terms are not linked to the Event Organizer's services or tickets administration. Any events published on the Service are under the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • Promotions The anniversary date of a promoted employee is determined as for a new employee in Subsection 5.3.A above.

  • Meals Meals charged to the School District should represent mid-fare selections for the hotel/meeting facility or general area, consistent with the maximum allowable reimbursement amount set by the Board. Tips are included with meal charges. Expense forms must explain the meal charges incurred. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Guest any Registered User who has been invited by a Subscriber to participate in a study. It is possible that the same natural or legal person fits into several of the definitions previously provided. Thus, an Internet user who has created a study through the Platform will be a Subscriber, due to having created a study, but they will also be a Registered User, as that is necessary in order to be a Subscriber and, also, a User, by the mere fact of accessing the Platform.

  • Booking All booking applications must be in writing on the booking form provided. The person signing the form will be considered the Hirer. Where an organisation is named in the application the organisation will also be considered the Hirer and shall be jointly and severally liable with the person who signs this form.
