BOOSTBOX SERVICE. 3.1 The Boostbox Service under which Company supplies the Customer with the ability to access 3G voice and data services within a limited indoor area using a 3G Device and an opera- tional broadband connection comprises: (a) the Boostbox Unit/s; (b) associated support services; and (c) any other related items, equipment or services Company and/or O2 may provide to the Customer. 3.2 Standard deployment of the Boostbox Service utilises a DSL internet connection. 3.3 Unless otherwise requested by the Customer, use of the Boost- box Service is restricted to Users specified by the Customer to access the Boostbox Service via a specified mobile phone number list (“Access List”). 3.4 The Boostbox Service is offered with a choice of non-standard deployment options comprising of: (a) insofar as possible, supply via an Internet connection that is not DSL; (b) group deployment and combined operation of two or more Boostbox Units; or (c) an open-access Boostbox Service which is not restricted to Allowed Numbers (”Open Unit”), each of which are subject to availability, installation by Compa- ny or if approved installers at the site and additional charges as specified in the Commercial Schedule. A standard deployment comprises a single unit plugged into a broadband connection running in closed mode. 3.5 The Boostbox Service is offered with a choice of: (a) Standard Boostbox Unit (home or small office) with: (i) coverage reach of up to 25 metres; (ii) up to 30 Allowed Numbers; and (iii) up to 4 concurrent Users, or (b) Large Boostbox Unit (larger office) with: (i) coverage reach of up to 100 metres for single Boost- box Unit deployment; or (ii) extended coverage reach insofar as possible for group Boostbox Unit deployment; and (iii) up to 30 Allowed Numbers for single Boostbox Unit deployment; or (iv) up to 250 Allowed Numbers for group Boostbox Unit deployment; and (v) Up to 8 concurrent Users but up to 4 concurrent users is the standard product.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations that it wishes to maintain. 2. Each Party shall administer any universal service obligation that it maintains in a transparent, non-discriminatory, and competitively neutral manner and shall ensure that its universal service obligation is not more burdensome than necessary for the kind of universal service that it has defined.

  • Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain xxxxxxxx and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such xxxxxxxx or meter readings. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • Video Display Terminals ‌ The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.
