BRD providing technical assistance to enhance the capacity and efficiency of the operations of BRD; and
BRD. Following the execution of this Agreement, the products and services to be developed and delivered thereunder shall be described in detail in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) to be prepared collaboratively and mutually agreed upon by the Parties including InComm, Integrator and the Client. Additional products and/or services may be developed by the Parties under this Agreement by executing additional BRDs. InComm shall develop and implement the products/services in accordance with the implementation schedule set forth in the BRD. The Parties shall mutually agree on the implementation schedule for the program. Both Parties will agree to a mutual beneficial methodology for delivery of the program. In case there is a prescribed methodology, defined by the Client, the parties hereby agree that they will work accordingly. All applicable systems and processes will be tested by InComm before being released to Integrator. A “successful” implementation requires the availability of all required applicable systems and processes functionalities as defined by the mutually agreed upon BRD.
