Common use of Break Clause in Contracts

Break. The Client shall have the right to terminate the Contract or to terminate a provision of any part of the Contract at any time by giving 3 Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Client may extend this period of notice at any time before it expires subject to agreement on the level of performance to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.
