ALASKA TEAMSTER-EMPLOYER PENSION TRUST. 10.01 Effective each August 1 of this Agreement, the Employer shall contribute in accordance with Article 30 of the Western Region of Teamsters United Parcel Service Supplemental Agreement, (up to a maximum of two thousand eighty [2080] hours per calendar year), for each hour of compensation earned by each part-time employee during a given month to the Alaska Teamster-Employer Pension Trust Fund, for the purpose of providing a pension plan for the employees. Effective: 08/01/07 08/01/08 3.25 3.65 The details of the plan will be determined by the Board of Trustees of the Alaska Teamster-Employer Pension Trust Fund, in accor- dance with the Trust Agreement of June 21, 1966, which created the Trust Fund. The Employer and the Union agree to be bound by said Trust Agreement and all lawful amendments thereto, and do further agree to accept as their representatives the employer-trustees and union-trustees who constitute the Board of Trustees of said Trust Fund and their lawful successors.

ALASKA TEAMSTER-EMPLOYER PENSION TRUST. 24.01 The Employer shall contribute one dollar ($1.00) for each hour of compensation earned by each regular employee with six (6) or fewer years of continuous regular experience with the District in this Bargaining Unit during a given month to the Alaska Teamster-Employer Pension Trust Fund, for the purpose of providing a pension plan for the employees. For employees with more than six (6) years of continuous regular experience with the District in this Bargaining Unit, the Employer shall contribute two dollars ($2.00) for each hour of compensation earned by each regular employee during a given month to the Alaska Teamster-Employer Pension Trust Fund, for the purpose of providing a pension plan for the employees. The details of the plan will be determined by the Board of Trustees of the Alaska Teamster-Employer Pension Trust Fund, in accordance with the Trust Agreement of June 21, 1966, which created the Trust Fund.   • Pension Trust Fund Contingent upon the Fund being jointly and equally trusteed, the Employer shall contribute to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Pension Trust Fund in accordance with the attached Appendix A and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Beneficiary Rollovers from Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans If you are a spouse Beneficiary, nonspouse Beneficiary, or the trustee of an eligible type of trust named as Beneficiary of a deceased employer plan participant, you may directly roll over inherited assets from a qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, or 457(b) governmental deferred compensation plan to an inherited IRA. The IRA must be maintained as an inherited IRA, subject to the beneficiary distribution requirements.

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.

  • Canada Pension Plan All employees shall participate in and contribute to the Canada Pension Plan in accordance with the applicable legislation. The College will contribute to the plan for each employee, to the extent provided for in the applicable legislation.

  • Custodial Employees The School District may provide and maintain uniforms for Custodial employees at no cost to the employee. If the uniforms are provided, the following requirements shall then apply. Employees shall then be required to wear uniforms during the workday. Uniforms will be replaced on an as needed basis due to normal wear and tear or if lost through no fault of the employee. For replacement purposes, employees must turn in the appropriate garments. Any employee issued a uniform(s), who is leaving employment, will be required to turn in his/her uniform(s) prior to receiving his/her last check. The District will establish procedures for cleaning and maintaining rented uniform(s).

  • Self-Funded Leave Plan 26.01 The Self Funded Leave Plan has been developed to afford Employees the opportunity of taking up to one year leave of absence and, through deferral of salary, to finance the leave subject to the regulations under the Income Tax Act.

  • Pension Plan 15.01 The CLAC Pension Plan (“the Plan”), a defined contribution pension plan, is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency. The Plan applies to all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the existing Northern California Glaziers, Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Agreement ("Defined Benefit Pension Trust").

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
