Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.

Information and Support The NTO shall obtain from the ISO, and the ISO shall provide to the NTO, the necessary information and support services to comply with their obligations under this Article.
Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
