Bridging Benefit re: Group Insurance Sample Clauses

Bridging Benefit re: Group Insurance. If upon termination of a contract there is a written contract for future employment as a partial-load employee, the employee, by paying 100% of the premiums for the benefits, may continue participation throughout the period of non-employment between contracts in any group insurance plan in which that employee was participating. Where the college is anticipation re-employment of a partial-load employee, the college is encouraged, where feasible, to provide a written contract upon termination.
