BROKER DISCLOSURE. By the execution of this Lease, each of Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and confirm (a) receipt of a copy of a Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationship conforming to the requirements of California Civil Code 2079.16, and (b) the agency relationships specified in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions, which acknowledgement and confirmation is expressly made for the benefit of Tenant’s Broker identified in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions. If there is no Tenant’s Broker so identified in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions, then such acknowledgement and confirmation is expressly made for the benefit of Landlord’s Broker. By the execution of this Lease, Landlord and Tenant are executing the confirmation of the agency relationships set forth in Item 10 of the Basic Lease Provisions.
BROKER DISCLOSURE. Seller’s affiliate, Xxxxxxx Companies Inc., is a licensed real estate brokerage entity in the State of Wisconsin, and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Seller and a principal of Xxxxxxx Companies Inc. is a licensed real estate broker.
BROKER DISCLOSURE. Landlord represents that it has dealt with no broker in connection with this Lease. Landlord agrees that, if any broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that it has dealt with no broker in connection with the Lease. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim.

The Tenant’s Broker identified in the Basic Lease Provisions, who is a real estate broker licensed in the State where the Property is located, has acted as agent for Tenant in this transaction and is to be paid a commission by Landlord pursuant to a separate agreement. Landlord represents that Landlord has dealt with no other broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Landlord agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. The Tenant’s Broker identified in the Basic Lease Provisions has acted as agent for Tenant in this transaction and is to be paid its commission out of Landlord’s Broker’s commission pursuant to a separate agreement with Landlord’s Broker. Landlord represents that Landlord has dealt with no other broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Landlord agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that Tenant has dealt with no broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the alleged actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim. The indemnity obligations set forth herein shall survive the expiration or any earlier termination of this Lease.

BROKER DISCLOSURE. Lessee agrees and understands that Xxxxxx Xxxxx, a member of Rock Quarry Properties, LLC, has disclosed to lessee that he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and principal party in this transaction.
BROKER DISCLOSURE. Pursuant to Georgia Real Estate Commission Regulation 520-1-08, Laing Marketing Company xxxxx the following disclosures concerning this Lease transaction:
a) In this transaction, Laing Marketing Company representx Xxxdlord and not Tenant.
b) In this transaction, Richard Bowers and Company represxxxx Xxxxxx and not Landlord.
c) In this transaction, both Laing Marketing Company and Ricxxxx Bowers and Xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx compensation from Landlord exclusively. Both Tenant and Landlord acknowledge, agree with and consent to the representation and compensation disclosed above.

Xxxxx Xxxx LaSalle, a real estate broker licensed in the State of Florida, has acted for Landlord in this transaction and is to be paid a commission by Landlord pursuant to a separate agreement. The Princeton Group (Xxx Xxxx), a real estate broker licensed in the State of Florida, has acted as agent for Tenant in this transaction and is to be paid a commission by Landlord pursuant to a separate agreement. Landlord represents that it has dealt with no other broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Landlord agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Landlord, Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from any such claim. Tenant represents that it has dealt with no broker other than the broker(s) identified herein. Tenant agrees that, if any other broker makes a claim for a commission based upon the actions of Tenant, Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any such claim. If the State of Florida provides for broker liens, Tenant will cause its broker to execute a customary lien waiver, adequate under the law of the state where the Building is located, to extinguish any lien claims such broker may have in connection with this Third Amendment.
BROKER DISCLOSURE. Xxxxxx is represented by her son, Attorney Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx. While Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx. is a licensed real estate broker, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx. is acting solely in the capacity of a licensed attorney through his firm, Xxxxxxx Law, PLLC, unless otherwise indicated. Seller shall pay to Xxxxx’s real estate broker, if any, a commission of three percent of the sales price as listed on the final settlement statement, if, and only if, the sale contemplated herein actually closes and funds. Xxxxx agrees that Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx. is acting only as a licensed attorney, and Xxxxx waives reliance on any duty owed by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx. to Buyer, if any, by virtue of being a licensed real estate broker.
