Budget Contributions. 10.1 The Budget Contribution of the CCG and the City to the Pooled Fund and Aligned Funds for the first Financial Year of operation of each individual Service (including details of how such contributions shall be made) shall be as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement and the Better Care Fund Plan (as relevant), and each Party hereby agrees to make such Budget Contribution.

Budget Contributions. (a) Budget requests to the City and the County shall include only costs that are not covered by funds of the Land Bank.
Budget Contributions. Each Party retains authority to review and vote on approval of all budgets of the Commission, as well as all contribution amounts that Parties may be required to pay to the Commission. No budget shall become effective upon the Commission without prior approval of by a majority of the Parties to this Agreement. Associate Parties do not retain authority to vote under this provision.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”).
