Budget Contributions. While under no obligation, the Parties may contribute to the annual Land Bank budget in such manner as approved by the Party or Parties.
Budget Contributions. 10.1 The Budget Contribution of the CCG and the City to the Pooled Fund and Aligned Funds for the first Financial Year of operation of each individual Service (including details of how such contributions shall be made) shall be as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement and the Better Care Fund Plan (as relevant), and each Party hereby agrees to make such Budget Contribution.
Budget Contributions.
9.1 The Budget Contribution of NHS GM and the Council to the Pooled Fund shall be as set out in each Commissioning Plan.
9.2 No provision of this Agreement shall preclude the Parties from making additional contributions of Non-Recurrent Payments to the Integrated Commissioning Fund from time to time by mutual agreement. Any such additional contributions of Non-Recurrent Payments shall be recorded in Tameside Strategic Partnership Committee minutes and recorded in the budget statement.
9.3 Any grant contributions (or other ring-fenced funding) shall be subject to the relevant conditions that apply and both Parties hereby agree to comply with those conditions.
9.4 The annual Disabled Facilities Grant received by the Council via the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is also included within the Pooled Fund. The Disabled Facilities Grant is included within Better Care Fund planning and reporting requirements as determined by the Department of Health and Social Care, Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and NHS England and Improvement.
Budget Contributions. (a) Budget requests to the City and the County shall include only costs that are not covered by funds of the Land Bank.
(b) The total County contribution is subject to the annual approval by the Board of Commissioners; said approval shall include a schedule of payments.
(c) The total City contribution is subject to the annual approval of the City Commission; said approval shall include a schedule of payments.

Budget Contributions. Each Party retains authority to review and vote on approval of all budgets of the Commission, as well as all contribution amounts that Parties may be required to pay to the Commission. No budget shall become effective upon the Commission without prior approval of by a majority of the Parties to this Agreement. Associate Parties do not retain authority to vote under this provision.
