Common use of Building Hours Clause in Contracts

Building Hours. As used in this lease the "Building Hours" shall be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. excluding those holidays as set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto and made a part hereof, except that common area lighting in the Building and Office Building Area shall be maintained for such additional hours as, in Lessor's sole judgment, is necessary to be desirable to insure proper operation of the Building and Building Area.
