BULLETIN BOARDS, MAILBOXES, AND EMAIL ACCOUNTS. 30 The Union may use District mailboxes, email accounts, and space on bulletin boards located in each 31 building. The use of mailboxes and bulletin board space is subject to the following conditions: a) all 32 postings for bulletin boards or items for school mailboxes shall contain the date of posting or distribution, 33 an expiration date not to exceed ten (10) working days from the date of posting, and the identification of 34 the Union together with a designated authorization by the Union Officer; b) a copy of such postings or 1 distributions must be delivered to the Superintendent or Designee, at the same time as posting or 2 distribution; and c) the District retains its right to remove material which is derogatory of the District or its

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
