Bulletins, Bulletin Boards, Mailboxes and Mail Service. The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on school bulletin boards in the space(s) provided for the Association by the school. At least one (1) space of 3' x 4' minimum size shall be designated by the principal at each school campus for the Association in an area frequented by members. The Association may, to the extent permitted by law, use the District mail service, employee mailboxes, District email, and District phones for communication to employees. The Association shall have the right to place announcements, of average length and unrelated to employee concerted activities, for publication in the regular faculty bulletins.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees. 2. Union representatives shall observe all Agency rules and regulations governing the use of mail distribution systems (electronic or otherwise). Failure to do so may result in denial of access of use.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations.   • Bulletin Board Space 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.

  • INTERNAL MAIL The Association shall have access to the district courier service and employee mail boxes, free of charge, for communication to bargaining unit members. The Association office shall be included in the drop off and pick up service. The employer will respect the confidential nature of the content of any such correspondence.

The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be exclusive to the Union. In other cases management will grant unrestricted use of the existing bulletin boards to the Union.

  • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages PFPC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and PFPC.

  • Financial Market Service Bloomberg Financial Service and any other financial information provider designated by the Depositor by written notice to the Trustee.
