Communication to Employees. The Employer or Participating Employer will from time to time notify all Employees of the availability and terms of the Plan.
Communication to Employees. A representative of the Association shall have the right to address professional employees at all faculty meetings.
Communication to Employees. The Company and Parent will cooperate with each other with respect to, and endeavor in good faith to agree in advance upon the method and content of, all written or oral communications or disclosure to employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to the Transactions.
Communication to Employees. The Company and Levy Acquisition Co. will cooperate with each other with respect to, and endeavor in good faith to agree in advance upon the method and content of, all written or oral communications or disclosure to employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to the Merger and any other transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Upon reasonable notice, the Company shall provide Levy Acquisition Co. access to the Company's and its Subsidiaries' employees and facilities.
Communication to Employees. A. Bulletin Boards. LESPA shall have exclusive right to post notices of activities and matters of LESPA concern on designated bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be provided at each work site.
B. LESPA shall have the right to use any intraschool communications system, mailbox information distribution system, and the interschool mail. The LESPA president or designee is authorized to use a District listserv for communicating information pertinent to contract negotiations to all members of the bargaining unit. LESPA also may create address lists/listservs on District equipment for its use in communicating with employees so long as the creation of such lists is done on personal time rather than during the workday. These communication systems shall not be used to transmit or display materials the content of which relates to election campaigns for public office or for LESPA office. In the event that the Board must collect postage for LESPA’s use of the District interschool mail system, LESPA will be responsible for the payment of all such postage and cooperatively work out procedures for such payment.
Communication to Employees. (a) Communication to an Employee about employment-related matters may be given personally or by regular post to the last address shown on the Hospital’s records and such notice shall be deemed to have been given three (3) days after having been delivered to the postal authorities.
(b) Employees are expected and required to keep the Hospital informed of their address.
Communication to Employees. The Employer shall notify Employees of the establishment of this Plan and the salient provisions hereof, shall notify such Employees or other persons as are required by law to be notified of any request for determination by the Internal Revenue Service as to the qualification or continuing qualification of the Plan, and shall notify each Employee of his Entry Date as it occurs.
Communication to Employees. The Company and Acquisition will cooperate with each other with respect to all written communications or disclosure to employees of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries with respect to the Merger and any other transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

The Company and Concord will cooperate with each other with respect to, and endeavor in good faith to agree in advance upon the method and content of, all written or oral communications or disclosure to employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to the Merger and any other transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Upon reasonable notice, the Company shall provide Concord access to the Company's and its Subsidiaries' employees and facilities.
Communication to Employees. Before the Completion Date, the Seller and the Buyer shall jointly communicate to each Employee a notice (in a form approved by the Seller and the Purchaser) to the effect that their contract of employment will have effect after the Completion Date as specified in clause 5.1.
